We are currently utilizing Amazon.com for the fulfillment of all orders. After you have completed your order on our website, a confirmation e-mail listing the details of your order will be sent to the address you provided. The e-mail will serve as a receipt for your purchase.
Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

Order Delayed: If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days from date of order placement. (To be reported within 7 working days from order placement).

Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as undelivered or lost in transit. (To be reported within 7 working days from order placement).

Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect and you report it to info@botanichearth.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and/or video of the damaged product and the packaging.

Wrong Product Received: If a wrong product is delivered to you and you report it to info@botanichearth.com within 48 hours of delivery, we will arrange a pickup for the wrong product from our side. Please ensure that the original price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories are intact and returned to our logistics partner.
Please note we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Refund Processing

We will initiate the refund process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your account via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-refundable Items
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value. Shipping and handling charges applied to Free or deeply discounted promotional products are non-refundable.
